Food Journal



A food journal can give you valuable insight into your eating habits and can also reveal the type of eating you are doing (boredom, pleasure…) I have included 2 different types of journals. There is your standard food journal that you can record your water intake, your macronutrients and your calories. The second one is your emotional eating journal, I have included it for anyone who might experience moments of emotional eating.
