With our busy lives I know that it can be hard to keep our nutrition and fitness goals on track. I have broken this journal up into Sections. The first section is your personal thought diary where you can ask yourself how you feel, what you need to accomplish that day but also focus on the ‘ME time’. There is another section dedicated to your fitness goals, this includes measurement charts and workout diaries. The final area is focused on nutrition and includes goal sheets and a food diary. There is also weekly review worksheets to help keep you focused on you goals.
