I have been in your position, I was also working in a job just to make ends meet but my passion was elsewhere. I got married and had 3 back to back pregnancies that at times left me exhausted and a little crazy. Before I began this program I was struggling with positive thoughts about myself including my physical image. It took a lot of soul searching and complete brutal honesty to accept how I felt and it was very painful to really see how I truly felt about myself. It took me 2 weeks to come up with something I truly appreciated about myself but once I got there, I began to like something about myself bit by bit. I truly appreciate what I see staring back in the mirror now. Since completing this course I have overcome my negative self-criticism.
