I have been in your position, I was also working in a job just to make ends meet but my passion was elsewhere. I got married and had 3 back to back pregnancies that at times left me exhausted and a little crazy.  I was excited about nutrition and well-being so I decided to put my stay at home mum time to good use and started my studies as a Lifestyle, Food and Wellness Coach.

Before I began this program I was struggling with positive thoughts about myself including my physical image. It took a lot of soul searching and complete brutal honesty to accept how I felt and it was very painful to really see how I truly felt about myself. It took me 2 weeks to come up with something I truly appreciated about myself but once I got there, I began to like something about myself bit by bit. I truly appreciate what I see staring back in the mirror now. Since completing this course I have overcome my negative self-criticism.

This course has been life changing. I have never liked the person looking back at me in the mirror, whether it be my weight or my physical features but now I feel like a new person, happy, glass half full type of person. Makes life feel so alive and bright.
