I have designed this course to help you break the hold of emotional eating and create great change within your life.

Each section is broken up into a 4-week period so that we are able to provide a complete breakdown of each area in your life.

Each week has a worksheet that you are required to complete and send in to me so that I can not only see that you are committed to the program but I am able to offer personalised guidance. 


Month One… (Weeks 1-4)

Month Two… (Weeks 5-8)

Nourishing your Soul

        a.      Discovering your passion, what makes your soul sing?

6.   Looking at your values and core beliefs

        b.     What do you value and admire in yourself?

7.   Back to your emotions

Due to the personalised nature of this course I only accept a very limited number of women into the group at a time. This is so I can make sure that I am able to connect with you personally and offer help and guidance where you need it.

I don’t work with women who want a quick fix, I work with women who are sick and tired of being controlled by their emotions. They no longer want to be stuck in the same emotional mouse wheel day after day. These women want to not only see change in their lives, they want to create the change.
